Boundary disputes are often impossible to resolve to the satisfaction of both parties and frequently cost many times the value of the land in dispute to resolve. It is important that before embarking on a boundary dispute parties consider the difficult and costly procedure often ahead of them.

Land Registry title plans are not accurate enough to reply upon and provide only an indication of where the boundaries may apply. We can provide clear plans and detailed boundary reports outlining where we believe the boundary to be to support litigation proceedings or to determine the boundary and apply to register the determined boundary with the Land Registry as an exact line of boundary, resolving boundary disputes between neighbours.
