We produce reports for both claimants and defendants that are credible, reliable and totally impartial.
As expert witness chartered building surveyors we use our knowledge, training and extensive experience on building surveying and construction matters to help assist the courts and other bodies to understand issues in legal cases so that they reach a sound and just decision.

We have assisted on many matters in dispute such as workmanship and quality issues on a wide range of construction issues and building types.

We also have significant experience in contractual matters and claims involving subsidence, damp and structural matters such as wet and dry rot issues following water mains leaks.

We understand the duties of the expert witness and hold the Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence which is the only Masters level qualification for expert witnesses in the UK and Internationally. We are experienced in writing Civil Procedure Rules compliant reports both as Single Joint Expert or Party Appointed Expert.

We produce reports for both claimants and defendants that are credible, reliable and totally impartial from small to large claims on wide ranging technical constructional matters to isolated matters of building regulations compliance, disabled adaptations and anything in between.
